MIDI Noodle · Channel Swapper & Mute
One tap, another synth.
Channel Swapper sends everything passing through it out on the channel you pick. Several synths on one DIN chain? Tap a pad and your keyboard plays a different one.
Swap the channel on the fly
The Channel Swapper card shows a pad per channel: the ones your synths are named on, or 1–4 to start. Tap a pad, or press 1–9 with the card selected, and everything leaves on that channel.
On the beat, with no hanging notes
While the transport runs, a swap or a mute waits for the next beat, or happens instantly if you prefer. Notes already sounding either finish on the old channel or are cut. Nothing is left droning.
Mute channels live
Channel Mute shows a pad for each channel playing through it. Tap one, or press its number with the card selected, to hold back its notes; controllers, pitch bend and sustain still pass, so nothing gets stuck when it comes back.
Pads come and go with the channels that are playing, or you can pin and hide them by hand.
Many mono synths, one poly instrument
Channel Splitter spreads the notes you play over a range of channels, round-robin or to the lowest free one. Give each mono synth its own channel and a chord plays across all of them.
